We brought our vehicle in for a “no start” issue. We left with more damage than we arrived with an O2 sensor that had been chewed through and a hole in the airbag suspension line. The vehicle had no codes related to the O2 sensor before this visit and was in stable condition when it left our home.

I had a very disappointing experience with BMW/VW Topeka that I feel compelled to share. Over the past two years, I've been dealing with a recurring coolant leak that has yet to be accurately diagnosed. Despite multiple visits, the service team has failed to pinpoint the source of the problem, leading to frustration and a significant waste of time and money.

Parts service manager lied we take our vw in their every 5k miles, told us we needed new valve cover assembly because it's been leaking for A LONG TIME when I'm all reality he was waiting for the warranty to run out. the whole process was simple straightforward. Emily and Riley were great to deal with, and made the buying experience a lot less painful. This is the second car we have purchased from this dealer in four months, so obviously we have a lot of confidence in them.
The price listed is the legit price, no xx additional fees. They don’t try to force the car on you, they just believe in their product and it sells itself. Salesman was completely transparent about everything with the vehicle good and bad.

While on vacation in Colorado, I hit another pot hole with the same tire. Prior to leaving for vacation, Isaac and his Team scrambled to get a new tire for in a day for the original tire damaged from a pot hole in Topeka. Luckily, we made it back from Colorado without incident until the same tire replaced went flat. Again, Isaac and his team scrambled to get a new tire and get it on right away. My buying experience with BMW was great 5 years ago. But, the servicing experience has been horrible. They're always saying they're working on it, but they've been working on it for a long time and it has never improved. The current service manager is one of the most non compassionate people I've met and his people skills are far from being acceptable. Fantastic service! We were scheduled to leave on vacation on July 14th. On July 12th, I hit a pot hole in Topeka with my new 430i convertible. That evening the run flat tire side bulged and went flat. Called Isaac before they closed, confirmed he would do everything possible to find replacement. Excellent and timely service performed on our 2021 BMW M340i. This dealership is the furthest BMW dealership from our residence but worth the drive.
Fast and efficient. They did everything they said they would and they were friendly while doing it.

Raymond was awesome! The cost of service was less than estimated. Work done was in a timely manner. Got a status on future work which helps me plan financially. I'm retired on a fixed income so that is important. Only 2 complaints: They washed my car but didn't vacuum & wipe down inside which has been done in the past. And my horn needed replaced. Super great service. Went in for brakes and they didn’t have a part I need so they had ordered it. They express shipped them and they arrived in 2 days. My second time in & again, I found the experience to be top notch. Melissa greeted me and went over the expected service details and any questions or expectations I had. I was able to drive a loaner vehicle to take care of my errands and get me back on the hour drive home sooner than expected. Melissa went over the service report thoroughly. The purchase went very smooth and was extremely quick. Noah was very friendly and professional and has been the main person I've worked with trying to get my new GLI. There were a few hick ups due to the manufacturer but Noah did a great job keeping me informed as he got the information. (I factory ordered my vehicle). The dealership was clean and orderly and I was promptly greeted upon entering. The deal didn't go 100% according to plan but given today's climate I wouldn't have any hesitations recommending people this dealership or Noah.

Dealership is fine service department is terrible stale old granola dirty coffee maker, and the complimentary wash is so trash I wouldn't waste my money on letting them detail my car they only clean the outside of the car they don't vacuum or detail inside of car, which makes going here partially a waste. If I lived closer to another dealership I would never go here again. But the advisors are awesome!!

All my years of owning vehicles and taking them in to be serviced I have never experienced the customer service I received at BMW/ VOLKSWAGEN in Topeka, Ks. There was a big recall on my car that I didn't know about. Melissa took the time to explain the recall to me, set me up to bring my car in, put me in a courtesy car.

I've owned VW's since 1990, love them, from Rabbits to Passats, great vehicles. I've has them serviced at this location. I tried less expensive shops and usually ended up with a problem that had to be solved by coming back to the dealership. The price still stings, but the work is first class and the customer service is first rate. I've purchased 3 new and several used vehicles from this location. They're up-front and willing to assist when possible.
The whole experience was amazing. My salesperson was Victoria. I highly recommend her. She made it very easy process from beginning to end. Very professional and knowledgeable.
I am a beamer enthusiastic individual , have both my veicheles getting routinely services from them. I do have a love hate relation with them for their prices but trust me "YOU SEE THE DIFFERENCE IN CUATOMER EXPERIENCE". Sadly the only dealer within 30-60 miles of where I was stationed, I had to take BMW there 2-3 times while I was stationed in Kansas each time I was disappointed in the customer service I received, on top of the bad service they scratched my rims.
I have had service work done here a number of times and every time it has been outstanding. Melissa has always gone out of her way to get my vehicle in for service when repairs are needed. Not having a dealership where I live makes it even more important to have a service advisor who you can really trust. Highly recommend.

While my experience with this dealer has been good, it is tarnished a bit. I’m thankful to Doug, and his communication and helpfulness through all of this. When it got super cold a couple months ago, my Passat had a chip malfunction. My car has been in the shop ever since. While I understand this is not the dealers issue, as the chip is on back order because of the worldwide chip shortage that’s affecting everything, it’s rather upsetting be sold a car that won’t work longer than six months after you purchase it.

Took my car for oil change [Passat tdi] and was done in about a hour. I have check the work they claim to did and they really did. The tires were set to right pressure, all liquids were top and they wanted to wash my car but the car was clean so I did not wash it.
