Position Available: Finance and Insurance Manager

Aristocrat Motors Topeka, a high-end, luxury automotive dealership, is looking for a Finance and Insurance Manager with a commitment to customer service and a strong drive to achieve.

Applicants should have previous experience in F&I management with a proven track record of success. Finally, candidates should be able to outline their strategy for success within the organization.

Job expectations include:

• Sell financing and insurance to customers
• Responsible for the attainment and gross production of financial services’ goals and objectives
• Review customer credit applications
• Present extended service contracts and other owner protection programs available to customers
• Assess profitability to the dealership of financing arrangements
• Utilize the menu selling process
• Ensure necessary documentation for each deal is complete by utilizing a deal checklist
• Work closely with sales team maintaining effective employee relations
• Maintain AFIP Certification
• Act as liaison between the customer and the lending institution
• Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts
• Ensure adherence to F&I reporting requirements of the Company
• Maintain CSI at or above Company standards
• Participate in required training
• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
• Comply with Company policies and procedures
