This Service Manager opportunity is for someone who is looking to expand their experience in a new and growing Service operation. This position will initially involve the Service Manager also acting as a Service Advisor along with another full-time Service Advisor. Currently, the Service Operation has 6 technicians working out of a newly updated facility in Topeka, KS.

Job expectations include:

  • Manage service department and all aspects of its operations
  • Oversee service advisor(s), technicians, and any additional employees within that department
  • Set production expectations for all aspects of the department
  • Select, train, and supervise all employees in the service department while employing successful staff utilization techniques and devising a job description for each position
  • Conduct any necessary employee training, ensure all employee manufacturer training requirements are met on an ongoing basis
  • Analyze departmental operations and maximize opportunities for growth

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Service Advisor or Service Management experience and ideally with that experience coming from a Volkswagen and/or BMW dealership.
  • All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include: background checks, MVR, and drug testing in order to qualify for employment

Due to the growth we are experiencing, the ideal candidate will be located in or willing to move to the Topeka/Lawrence, Kansas market area.
